Terms of Service, Shipping, Refund and Return Policy

Refund & Return Policy

Effective Date: Jan 1, 2026

At Florida Regenerative, we are committed to the safety of our patients and the integrity of our products. Because our products (including Semaglutide and Retatrutide) are medical in nature and often require temperature-controlled handling, we adhere to strict safety protocols regarding returns.

1. Prescription Medications (Final Sale)
In accordance with Florida state law and FDA regulations, prescription medications cannot be returned for reuse or resale.

* Once a prescription has been dispensed and shipped from our pharmacy, all sales are final.

We cannot accept returns of any injectable medications, even if the packaging is unopened, as we cannot guarantee the cold-chain integrity once it has left our facility.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If there is an error with your order or if your medication arrives damaged, we will make it right.

Reporting Period: You must report any damaged, leaking, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.

** Evidence Required: Please email [info@floridaregenerative.com] with your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging and the product label.

Resolution: If the error is on our part or the carrier's, we will issue a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method at no additional cost to you.

3. Consultation Fees
Approved Orders: If you are approved for treatment, your consultation fee is typically included in the cost of your medication.

Non-Approvals: If our medical providers determine that you are not a candidate for treatment, you will receive a full refund for the medication cost. Please note that a nominal, non-refundable medical consultation fee of $100 may apply for the physician’s time.

4. Cold-Chain Integrity
Our medications are shipped in temperature-validated packaging. It is the customer's responsibility to be present for delivery or retrieve the package immediately upon arrival to ensure the medication remains at the required temperature.

Refunds will not be issued for medications left unattended in excessive heat or cold for extended periods after a successful delivery confirmation.

Terms of Service

Effective Date: Jan 1, 2026

Florida Regenerative utilizes specialized logistics to ensure that your medical treatments are delivered safely, securely, and with the required potency. Because our products are clinical in nature, our shipping procedures differ from standard retail shipping.

1. Prescription Processing Times

  • Medical Review: All orders are subject to a physician’s review. Please allow 2–4 business days for clinical approval and pharmacy processing before your order is dispatched.

  • Pharmacy Compounding: As some medications are compounded to order to ensure maximum freshness and potency, processing times may vary slightly based on demand.

2. Cold-Chain & Temperature-Controlled Shipping

To preserve the integrity of medications such as Semaglutide and Retatrutide, we utilize high-performance thermal packaging.

  • Shipping Method: All temperature-sensitive medications are shipped via Expedited/Overnight Shipping (e.g., FedEx or UPS) to ensure they reach you within the validated temperature window.

  • Shipping Days: To avoid packages being held in carrier warehouses over weekends, we typically ship temperature-sensitive orders Monday through Wednesday. Orders approved on Thursday or Friday will generally ship the following Monday.

3. Shipping Rates & Destinations

  • Service Area: We currently ship to patients throughout the state of Florida and other authorized jurisdictions. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or international addresses.

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and include the cost of medical-grade insulated packaging and refrigerant packs.

4. Delivery Responsibility & Signature Requirements

  • Immediate Retrieval: It is the customer's responsibility to retrieve the package immediately upon delivery. Heat-sensitive medications must be transferred to a refrigerator ($2°C$ to $8°C$ or $36°F$ to $46°F$) as soon as possible.

  • Notifications: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. We strongly recommend signing up for carrier "Push Notifications" to track your delivery in real-time.

  • Failed Delivery: Florida Regenerative is not responsible for the loss of product potency if a package is left outside in excessive heat or if multiple delivery attempts fail due to customer unavailability.
